VISION SUNDAYS AT WAREHOUSE

September 17, and 24

This Sunday Wes talked to us about how we are called to “be the church.” This involves our leaders discerning God’s vision for Warehouse 242, and then we who call Warehouse home, unleashing our imaginations and rallying around that vision. We were then given the opportunity to explore different ministry areas, learn more about our mission and core values, and to sign up to become a part of a team or join a small group. If you missed it, or if there was just too much stuff to get to in 20 minutes, never fear! You’ll have another opportunity next week, and you can also request more information via this link.

DOMINICAN REPUBLIC LISTENING TRIP / MEDICAL CLINIC

We partner with By Grace Alone Ministries as they continue the long-term development of the Fuente de Vida project near Santo Domingo. This involves strengthening the capacity of local leaders to bring urgent medical assistance, educational development, small business startups, and pastor training opportunities to materially poor neighbors. Through short-term listening trips, Warehouse 242 has the opportunity to experience the project firsthand and experience global development while learning with and from local Dominican leaders who know the communities best.

In this beautiful video, you can learn all about the vision of BGA and Fuente de Vida. For more information on how to be a part of this trip, click HERE.

> Become a Reading Buddy to a kindergartener! The commitment is each Wednesday from 11:30-12:15 at Ashley Park. The first step is campus pre approval and then signing up for Active Reading Training on either September 11 at Warehouse 242 (5-6:30pm) or September 12 at the SouthPark campus of Forest Hill Church (5:30-6pm). For more information email Marc Dickmann.
